By downloading, installing, or using the Motormait mobile application and associated website at www.motormait.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
Motormait is a vehicle management application that allows users to track vehicle service history, fuel and charging logs, maintenance reminders, and safety recall information sourced from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) database. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@motormait.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Services, including vehicle information, service logs, and related content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Motormait a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We do not sell your User Content to third parties.
Safety recall data displayed in the Services is sourced from the NHTSA public database and is provided for informational purposes only. Motormait does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of recall information. You should always verify recall status directly with your vehicle manufacturer or dealer. Recall information does not constitute professional safety or mechanical advice.

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Motormait and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MOTORMAIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTORMAIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF MOTORMAIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL MOTORMAIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Motormait reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
